Day 3
I woke up this morning with zero energy. I feel like absolute crap. This is the 3rd day, which is always the hardest for me, but I know that from here on in, it will all be a lot better. I don't know how I got through my gym session today, but I did. Trained legs.. killer! And done 30 minutes on the cross trainer. Damn I hate day 3..
7.50am TF Espresso shake
9.25am 1 Apple
10.00am Trained legs and done 40 minutes on cross trainer
12.50pm TF Wild Berry shake
3.20pm 1 Celery stick, 4 slices cucumber, 4 slices capsicum
5.30 120g Chicken breast and 1 cup of cauliflower and broccoli
7.00pm 1 Diet Jelly
I've already had my 2 litres plus more today, and will still get in a bit more. Here is hoping for some more energy to get through tomorrow!
On the up side, I weighed 1.7kg less today, after just 2 days on the program .. yay!
