Day 2 ..
So far so good.. Everything has pretty much been the same as yesterday. I find it easier, when dieting, to keep everything kind of the same. If I change things around, I end up going way off track. Gym was a little harder today... energy wise, I was dying, although I still managed to train Back and Biceps and then done my 40 minutes of cardio on the cross trainer.
7.45am TF Mocha shake
9.30am 1 Apple
10.00am Trained Back and Triceps at gym, followed by 40 minutes on the cross trainer.
12.50pm TF Strawberries and Cream shake
3.25pm I celery stick, 4 slices of cucumber, 4 bits of sliced capsicum.
5.30pm 120gms of Chicken breast with quarter of a cup of spinach, and half a cup of broccoli and cauliflower.
7.00pm 1 diet Jelly
