Day 1 is done!
It's all good.. day one is over! I usually have the most trouble getting through the first three days, but all is looking good so far. A little lethargic, but still managed to walk at a good pace on the treadmill for 40 minutes. Gym tomorrow, which is Back and Triceps training and then another 40 minutes of cardio. Hopefully I won't be as lethargic and get through it all ok!! Anyway, here is a run down of my days diet.
8.30am TF Espresso Shake ..Yummo!
10.30am 1 apple.
12.30pm TF English Toffee Shake.. Delicious!
3.30pm 1 celery stick and 4 slices of cucumber
4.30pm 40 minutes on treadmill
5.30pm 95g of Tuna, half a cup of spinach and 1 cooked
onion.
7.30pm 1 diet jelly
I can't believe I am so full just from eating that! It actually feels good to be dieting again and be in control of what I am eating. I have taken on the Easter Challenge on the Tony Ferguson Forums, which is to try to lose 10kg by Easter. I know I can do it!
