Im back and im great :D -x-

Yay.  Im back and everythin is sorted out..
 
I have moved in with my granny in lincolnshire, got a new job (which pays so well
for a student), and got myself into college also i might be changing my college placement for an apprenticeship!!
 
Life is good except my bf of nearly 4 yrs had moved to newcastle 2.5 hours away missing him loads but seeing him 2moz...
 
Diet is going well, well only started again on tuesday after all the drama of moig etc.... but dead happy and cant wait for WI!!!

Wish i could jut do it!!!

Not been doing well latly i think its because i have alot going on in my life
my mum is moving out of the pub (she the manager) we all grew up in and
movng far away i got to find some where to live and if i move away a new college
placement to grrr....
 
Ok so im go back home on wednesday after having a week away in lincolnshire (where
i will probably move to). I was here for my beautiful nephews christening and was
godmother!!!!
 
Back on plan from tomorrow not sure how much i have put on bt will find out on thursday at
weekly wi and will let you al know hope its not alot!!!

Sleep sleep sleep whats it called again oh yeah beauty sleep..

Im still up but shattered cnt sleep got a long car journey 2moz feel like im not going to be able to do it.
 
I started the wendi plan today going well so far lol cnt wait for my super high day lol oh wait that 2moz lol!!! opps forgot!! i changed it around because i know i will stop somehwere like little chef lol!!!
 
Just been searching on the internet for weight watchers tips nd found a great 4 pages of them goiing to read through them in bed lol!!
 
Hope everyone is well and doing good on their weight loss..

Bloody CRB...

Had to process my CRB today for college (studying child care & education) but why the hell they need so much evidence.
They asked for it!!!
Here is what i needed to prove me as me .:
  • Passport
  • Driving lisence (with the paper bit)
  • Bank statment
  • GCSE certifcate
  • Car registration document
  • payslip
  • national insurance card...

Grr and they had to keep redoing it. How annoying.

Anyway deitwise today has gone good i guess although i had a macky D's and absoloutly no veg i stayed within my points lol. I know thats not good but better than going over lol.

Breakkie: 2 x egg =2.5 points      

               1x bread = 2 points

               10g butter=0.5 points

Lunch: Mayo chick =4.5

           small chips = 3.5 points

Dinner: Pizza homemade= 8 points

            Total= 21points left= 4points

TUMMY TUCK TEENS...

In the magazine i brought today called love it!
There is an article called tummy tuck teens it has 3 different
stories all about teenagers that have had gastric bands/bypasses.
 
Im 17 18 in october and im heavy and would never go for that idea
why can't they just try it this way they lie and say they have but i bet they couldn't be bothered and wanted a quick all done for you way. I mean your poor bloody body heaving whenever you eat too much.
 
If i can do this anyone can !! Does no1 else feel this way??
 
I have been offered the band and i turned it down just want to do it the right way the healthy way why put your body under all that stress..
 
Also they say that to loose all the weight can take up to 5 years i mean i could loose it in two if i really tired and more than likely less than that.....

Food Food Food...umm the oldest saying in the book...a moment on the lips forever on the hips grr i hate it hate it hate it..
 
Snoty child about 13 in bloody spar when i went in...looking at a weightwatchers yougut (toffee scrummy.) bloody cheeky says bit too late for that aint it. Aint it?? i mean come on i stare at her looking her up and down typical chav...side ponytail so high might has well have 3 tiers, in her trackies and trainers, couldn't even believe she was wearing a whitish lipstick she look disgraceful and yet she had the nerve to turn around to me a size 16 and say that. She was not exactly the smallest girl maybe a 14 not excatly the dream. I know im being mean but so annoyed at this little girl grrrr....
 
Ok but the funny part here goes....her mum came in from the car just as bad looking no class of corse and say...wait for it....."hurry up and get them bloody toffee youguts what are they again oh yeah weight watchers", the girl still standing in front of me going red, i nearly laughed but held it in i just said here you go passing her the youguts saying enjoy with such pride i  walked away with a BIG smile on my face.
 
Just goes to show really she shouldn;t have been so mean i love karma and the thing thati know is that i won't be a size 16 for ever but i know from her packing in many bunches of crisps she will one day be in my position and i hope a chav comes up to her and i want to know how she feels.

Im doing it...x

Ok i admit it im a lying!!! I said that was it for me in january
going to loose all this weight but really i didn't want to at that time
i just wanted to chill for a while is that selfish to my body??
 
But this is it now 9lb's gone how sad is that the most i have lost in so long
but i feel great this time i have lost 2 inches of my tum and  feeling fabulous!!
 
I have now got three college placemenst to choose from one in lincoln one in bournemouth and in gimsby is happy with myself lol.
 
Oh and above all this i'm in love with excerising well swimming 2x aqua fit classes a week and 3x swims a week. i think im finally starting to get it.
And i hated any type of physical activites b4 now im jumping for joy :D...

WI result

 

So meeting went really well last one b4 xmas and im very happy to let you know i have lost 1.5 pounds :D
 
Yay im so happy thought i were going to put on again!! So i don't want to go back to my meeting in new year with all this weight back on so i have decided to only have two days of xmas day n new year eves they are the only days i got of work to so this should work really well :D:D
 
Yay im so happy getting back on track is going to happen!!
 
So when i go back in new year i want to either STS or loose 0.5 i shall be very happi with that :D

Things are going so well :(

 

This week has been so bad, but the thing is i know where
i'am going wrong with my choices and i keep forgetting to
track any1 got any good ideas so that i make sure i do track??
 
Other than that im getting really stressed about my driving
i keep getting told that im a very good natural driver but
i need to gain confidence, but i don't hav any not in any
aspect of my life :( which gets me so down :(
I really want to pass my test because this means alot to me!!
When i learn to drive i feel like i will finally get a life like when i want to
go to the gym or go swimming i can or go shopping i can!!
 
Sorry for this long post im just so down about everything !! :(
Im always stuck in my bedroom because i live in a pub the lounge is
always booked by my mum n her partner so the only place i can go
is my room which has no WINDOW!!
Plus how am i meant to stay on a diet when im a clean phob n no one
cleans up after themselves in the kitchen i ask them all the time but they
say if i want it clean to do it myself. I end up cleaning the fridge out twice
a week because people leave out of date things in there and food takeaways
and the it starts to reek. So i never have the appetite to eat outa my own kitchen :(

The before

 

Today i got my meeting the 1st one back from being given the discover plan !
I have not been following it at all i know i have put on this week but at least i can admit and know where i have gone wrong!!
 
So 2nite at 7 i will find out the damage then 2moz is a whole new start going try the discover plan fast start but change a few things because i don't alot of it!!
 
I really want to do this and so far no luck i will do this i iwll i promise myself. I talk about what im meant to be doing all the time im all talk and no action like they say lol!!
 
Anyways watch this space for 2nites WI bad result!!
