Day4-9 day challenge

Day 4!

Well, nothing really to report, but I wanted to check in real quick.  The scales showed the same this morning. grrrr

I wrote out what I would eat this morning for the whole day and I am not straying from it.  Not that I usually make bad choices, I just thought I'd try something different.  Due to ball practice, I have to eat later tonight which I hate, but hopefully I can have supper at 6:45.  We have one starting at 4:00 and another one at 5:30.  Good thing is, I have it in the crock pot ready to go.  I guess I could eat at 3:30 and just have the rest of the family eat late, but then I am sure to be hungry going to bed.  'Just thinking out loud.'

You have me laughing!   Between your hair cut, saurkraut, and who knows what else (probably mowing the lawn walking backwards with 2 kids on your shoulders) your day 5 weigh in must be showing progress.  I know you are working so hard.  And you are so close.    What about extra water?  That always seems to help push me over the edge a little.  Or about an hour before bed I do a little exercise - just to boost the metabolism a bit to burn while you are sleeping.   Keep up the good work, it will come.  I promise!!!
