My 9 day Challenge!
Day 1!
I've decided to make this a nine day challenge. So, since I lost a little this morning, my challenge is to lose 3.8 pounds in 9 days. I know this can be done. I've seen it on The Biggest Loser. Even though I have lost with great success so far, I am still hoping I don't come to a stand still this close.
I've also decided to go for 130. I will of course change my outfit once I get these last 3.8 pounds off and weigh 135! But I think I would like to vary between 130-135 rather than 135-140. We'll just have to see once I reach my goal and see what will happen. I am sure I will have to increase my calorie intake or I would continue to lose.
So girls, I will check back in tomorrow with hopefully a few more ounces down. :)

You go girl. You can do it!!! I set a new challenge yesterday too. So we'll see how we both fair. A short burst type challenge like this is just want we need to finish strong (and fast). Go, go, go!

After seeing you yesterday I am not sure you have it to lose! Honestly you look amazing!!! I will be so excited to see what outfit you chose first. But I have all the faith in the owrld in you and making this goal! You can do it! Good luck!!!

YAY!
Have you thought about cutting out your carbs or something for these next few days? Like a mini-detox. I do the Maker's Diet- very similiar to South Beach- in ways of cutting carbs out at first. Anyway, this is exctiing! You are almost there!

Oh you
are so going to be able to lose that last bit of weight before the end of 9 days. Your kicking butt with it already. I'm definatley going to be here to cheer you on. Take care.
