Just a brief note to say thank you to every one who has been supportive during my time on here however i am having so many problems logging on and negotiating the new site that I am going to quit whilst I am ahead!

Im giving it a good go today

Its a brand new day and so far so good but watch this space........

Oh and I'm back to 12.04 AGAIN !!!!Sod it !

I cant....

Beleive its round to Sunday again already.

The good news is I am now 12.01 I have lost a total of 4 Lbs this week WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO.

I'm finaly back on track

Its Sunday & I am very smug!

I have been like the Tazmanian Devil today I dont think there is a surface I havent wiped a cloth over, I have even cleaned the upstairs windows.

inside only,  lets not be stupid about these things.

I have been very good food wise today and yesterday so it looks like *fingers crossed* I am back on track

So all in all I am feeling quite smug today

A definate glass 1/2 full day WOO HOO !

WTF??????

Is going on with me?

I thought having ribbed my DH that he had in fact only lost 1LB since Jan 08, I would have a look back at my own fantastic acheivements !

Having been all the way down to 11.05 and up to 12.06 and all numbers inbetween I worked out that since Jan 08 I have lost the grand total of........... ..... Wait for it 1.5 LB.

WOT am I like,.

OK this playing at dieting has got to stop I will be 11.00 by Xmas I will.

And again....

Its all gone to pot

I weighed this morning at 12.05 how bloody annoying is that!

Sunday and I am the exercise queen..........

I know I can hardly beleive it myself!

Me and DH went for a walk in a local country park for over an hour earlier on today I have just finished 25 mins on my cross trainer and I have 30 mins slendertone to do when I get out of the bath OMG look at me exercising Da Darrrr

Food today has been Brill

Breakfast pink grapefruit

Lunch Diet coke and a toasted teacake with 2 x portions of butter at the country park

Dinner 4 oz leg of lamb small spoon mashed potato 2x baked tomatos smidge of gravy

Ice lolly

Woo hoo!!

So far so good

Today so far I have had a poached egg on one slice of toast a pink grapefruit and a weight watchers rice pudding.

1 glass of fruit juice 1 coffee and 1 glass of low sugar cream soda.

will up date later.

Dinner was bake your own baggette chicken breast basil and tomato

Well Im back...

And going to give it a good go this week as i have been slacking for farrrrrr to long as with no pc I definatly felt less accountable.

So I am starting this weekend with a gain of a pound at 12.02 but I am going to do my damnedest to be 11.00 something by next Friday.
