I am soooooooo

Proud of myself. I had a really good day yesterday It wasn't easy but I stuck to my plan.  However DH had other ideas he asks "Would I like a chinese takeaway tonight" & I said  wait for it ....................drum roll please ......,............No ,yes thats right I said no thank you!
 
So,So,so pleased with myself
