Fell off the wagon
It seems that since I won the contest at work that I have fell slap off the wagon and and hit every rock there was on the road. But now it's time to get back on. I have to do it for me and my yellow team. I haven't even excersied since that day. I plan on starting back tonight. I just hate taking any more time away from my toddler to excersie but I know it will benefit her too. Maybe some day I will actually be able to run like many of you talk about on your blogs. That will be another goal of mine. Tomorrow is another day and I thank God that we have each day and each other.

Back on!!
Hi, dearie!
Falling off the wagon isn't a problem per se, as long as you get back on. Here, I´ll take you by the hand and we´ll jump back on together, shall we? Haven't had the best of days this week....
Big hugs!

The freedom
I look forward to the day I have the freedom to run wild. Not sure if I will achieve it but my aim is to fly like those hill runners do (although maybe not on the actual hill
)
Pick youself up and get back on that wagon - in fact why not ride the horse. When you feel guilty about leaving your little babe, just remember that, yep, in the long run it will greatly benefit her.
*hugs*

You can do it
Taking care of yourself is the best gift to give your family! YOU are worth the effort and 30-60 min of 'your' time will pay dividends in the quality of time to your family. Let's do it!

Hey, Sad.
Even though we're on different teams, I STILL would like you to be successful in losing the weight!!!
(I wish we WERE on the same team.)
I've been having trouble with my food AND my exercise. I'm not doing as well as I should in either one.
Maybe we both could do better by making up our minds to do at least a small amount of exercise EVERY day. Do you think that would work?
Later!
