2 1/2 weeks on Phen
Ok, I have been on Phen for two and a half weeks. I have lost 7 pounds. That pretty good I hope. I thought I would have lost more since I have been working out more than I ever have in my life. Still not eating enough. I think I am going to try slim fast. If anyone knows of a good excersie tape or workout please let me know. Maybe I need to change what I am doing.

I'm back to visit! I see you've been doing pretty darn well since you came here. Seven pounds is Great!!!! 
I could be wrong, but I think, that, since you don't eat very much --- you've probably slowed down your metabolism. It's kind've weird, but if you go hungry, your brain says to the rest of your body: "Hey!!! We're being starved here!!! Let's slow down the metabolism to preserve life!!!!" 
You probably need to start eating small amount of food throughout the day to coax your metab. back up where it belongs! "They" say that we should eat 5 or 6 times a day --- just a small amount of food - most of those times.
If nothing else you try works for you, try that!!! It just might work. Just go "easy" just in case it doesn't work!!
What kind of exercise are you doing? How often and how long do you do it? It's best to have a variety of things to do. What do you enjoy doing? They say that if you do what you actually like to do, you'll be more likely to keep it up!
It's also good if you plan ahead - what you'll be doing!
I have a variety of old exercise tapes that I haven't even looked at for a long time. Plus, I've recorded exercise shows off of TV. But nothing stands out in my mind. Except bellydancing. I love that stuff. I plan on getting back into doing that.
Do you like to dance? (Any kind of dance.) Jumprope? Rebounder (mini-trampoline)? Treadmill? Lift dumbells? Bike-ride? Good old-fashioned walking? Swim?

Hey! Congrates on the weightloss so far.
I've been taking phentermine since April 2nd. I started drinking slimfast also because i wasn't getting enough calories troughout the day. (I was doing good to get 700 - 800 cal. a day.) My dr told me that as long as i was getting enough protein that 800 calories was enough. I try to walk 2 miles a day (if i don't get to go outside i either do a walking tape or use the gazalle) and i also do an ab video either The Firm 5 Day Abs or Hip Hop Abs. I've always heard that crunches are better to do than doing situps, its not as hard on your back. Hope this may help some, if you have any questions feel free to contact me. Good Luck!
