What to do with weekends...
Ok, I realize that I will not remember to take my phentermine on the weekends. By the time I remebered it was too late in the morning to take them. I also have decided that I definitely need to do weight watchers or something to help me lose weight. I forget to eat. I did crave some cookies today. I was very proud of myself, I only ate two. I also haven't done the first real excercise this weekend. Tomorrow is another day and I'll be on track.

Maybe give you some helpful advice from time to time.
I'm a youngish older person. I started trying to lose weight here on 1/1/08. I was 255 lbs. I now have lost a total of 31.8 lbs. - weighing in at 223.2 lbs. I want to weigh 145 lbs., so, I have a lot more to lose. I've given myself a total of 2 years to do it in. Let me tell you, I feel so much better physically. (And most of the time, emotionally, too.)
This is the best place to be if you need friends to support you!!! You'll be making friends as time goes on. Of course, some people will be finding you, too, just like I did. But, all you have to do is click on their name (or their post title) whenever you see one. (You'll be taken to their blogs.)
Come on over to my blog and read about me. All you have to do is click on my name, "MissyBelle," - where you see it underneath this comment..
If you want to leave me a message in my blog, just click on the little number to the right of where it says "Comment" --- which you'll find below my last post.
You'll be taken to a new page where you'll see my last post only. Look below that for a Title box (the long, empty box below your name) and type in a title. (Anything will do.)
Then wait until your computer loads a bigger box below that box. (Mine takes anywhere from about 15 seconds to a minute or so.)
When the box appears, click at the top left inside of it --- and type your thoughts.
When you're done, look below that box for a small, light blue box with a four-digit number inside it. Copy that number into the small white box below it. Then click on "Submit." You're done!!!
You'll see another page come up --- with your comment on it -- which I can then read the next time I go into my blog and check my last post for comments my friends have left for me.
That is how we talk to each other at EP. We go to another person's blog and leave comments.
It may sound complicated, but it's really not!! Just copy my directions down and do it. Once you do it one time, you won't even have to look at my directions again.

Looking for a weight loss buddy
Hi my name is melinda and i am new on here and looking for somepeople to motivate and help keep me motivated. I just started taking phentermine three days ago and have already lost 4 pounds im so excited.
The only problem is i have to make myself eat and when i do it is only a tiny bit at a time. I am worried im not going to get all the vitamins my body needs. If you have any suggestions im all eyes. lol
