It was.... well, an interesting day.

You

are awesome!  Thanks for the details.  I feel so bad for you.  I also feel very proud of you for finishing.  You're right about the attitude - DNF is not for you.  Glad you made it.  Thanks for the pics!

Best regards!

Awesome

Congrats.  I'd have been ticked too over several of those points.  Glad you finished.

Hey there

Awesome loss this week my friend!!!  YAY!!

Love the cartoon and your race report.

Are you sure you weren't hiking?  YIKES....with elevations like that, a backpack would have been appropriate gear.

I'm with Willie, on the "rare sighting" with you not smiling.  You are ALWAYS smiling.  It really must have been bad.  I'm sorry it was so miserable.  That's just even more kudos for you finishing.  I hope you never get tired of me telling you how unbelievably (sp?) inspiring you are!!!

Hope you get some rest!!!  GREAT job!!!!

Thank you

Thank you for your comment this morning.

I am struggling a bit to find balance, because I do want to do it all.  My mind is just so AWAKE and I am wanting to do everything.  Things that I have put off, or not given my all too, it's like I want  to get moving now that I'm feeling good.  Plus, I'm getting older, and I'm appreciating life more.

I think where I work kinda moves me toward that too.  I see DAILY people that thought that had tomorrow all figured out, hoping they could do things another day, and things changed for them in a moment.  I see that, and I just want to make all my days count.

I like what you said about taking the time to pay attention to the PEOPLE around us.  That is so true.  Sometimes I have to STOP and take the time to integrate people that I love into my world.  I get so focused on things, and can easily lose track of time and the fact that I've let too much time pass without reaching out.  When we lived back home, and many of my family members were within a 10 mile radious, my scales were tipped from giving them so MUCH of my time.  Now that we are away from them, it gets harder to reach out like I should.

I'm rambling....I'm thankful that I FEEL so good and want to do so much.  I am better at balance too, but there is DEFINATELY room for improvement.

Thanks for the great comment, and I really do hope you get some rest after your run this weekend.  Please remember that you are AWESOME!!!!

Holy sheep girl!

I read your other post and am totally amazed by you!  You f***ing rock, do you know that?

4 pounds the first week on WW...you totally rock! Keep up the great work!

Awesome!

I love your reviews.  Sorry it was so miserable.  But YOU DID IT!  Rock on, indeed!

OH, man!

Sorry you had such a bad race! I felt your pain! And ok, point taken about the makeup! LOL I just get too sweaty and then it runs into my eyes and I go blind! I hate the way I look without makeup, but I just can't run in it. Now, lipstick is another story. That I can run in. Over the years, I've just gotten it down what works and what doesn't work.

Wow, you are down 4 pounds in your first week? Thats awesome! I'm jealous. I was out partying all weekend and eating like a queen. I dread the number on the scale tomorrow, but I'm buckling under effective immediately. I'm cutting my running down to 2 or 3 days a week to accomdate tennis, and I want to add bikeriding. I need a new bike, though.

Anyway, yea. So glad Hayley is ok!!! I don't even think she needs the pain meds for her hips, but we have it just in case.

Have a great week, Stacey!! Run Bitch Run!

Hey there
