cardio?
Help! I really need some suggestions for fitting in cardio! I'm just so not motivated and I really need to be but nothing sounds good, ya know?
I don't want to ride my bike and I really don't have any great cardio videos. I don't count my walking as cardio because my pace varies so much.
what are you doing to get the cardio in?

Cardio
Walking is a good cardio way to walk off wt. You can change speeds of your walk. They say that's a good way to burn fat.
Also if you don't want to spend money you could put on some of your favorite music and just dance to that.
I like using my treadmill, bike, Leslie Sansone Walking DVD. Those are the things that I do for Cardio. Hope that helps you out.

Walking is cardio!
LauraLynn is right...walking is just about the only thing I've done until I can lose about 20 more lbs. and get back to running....and it does burn the calories! That's the only cardio I've done so far in my weight loss journey, and it's worked for me!
Her other suggestions are great also!
