Tuesday
Wow, I was so sleepy all day today. Not sure if that's depression, catching the cold my kids were passing around, lack of true rest, or a combination of things.
I have managed to drink most of my water today. Hopefully I'll have finished 90oz by bedtime. Even if I don't, I know I skipped all soda and managed to increase my water intake today. That's something.
Think I'm doing okay today. I went to Curves earlier and had a good workout. I've already walked 1.5 miles today and still have to take the dogs around. Speaking of, I walked 5 miles last night! go me! I'm hoping for 5 or 6 miles tonight.
I'm having the most problems with getting my cardio in. I have several videos and even a bike, but haven't managed to motivate myself enough to get busy! Any suggestions?
