good intentions meet chocolate pretzels
Hello! My beloved children discovered we had semi-sweet chocolate and pretzels in the back of the cupboard. They had great fun making chocolate covered pretzels last night. They even threw in some peanut butter and mini marshmallows! Ahem yeah, at least they're all gone today. That's something, right? oops......
I was up bright and early this morning to get in some cardio by brisk-ish walking. Okay so I wasn't that fast, but I walked for 50 minutes without stopping, so that's something! lol
Been sluggish otherwise. DH & I had a disagreement so I didn't sleep well last night and felt off kilter all day. I'm about to go walking now to help make up for the lack of activity.

Its okay...
I like white chocolate covered pretzels. Mmmmm! Its okay to slip sometimes. Everyone does. I sorry to hear you had an argument with the hubby. I hope things are better now. Nothing real smile worthy yet today. If something happens, I will share. Take care and have a good weekend!

Chocolate Encounters ...
I am starting my diet on Wednesday, so I splurged on an ice cream sundae this evening ... figuring it as sort of a last hurrah for many many months of work ahead of me to get rid of my spare tire.
Those chocolate covered pretzels were probably a LOT better for you than the sugar cone and toppings plus the ice cream that I had with my chocolate encounter.
YOU made me smile, thinking about rogue chocolate covered pretzels lurking in the back of my pantry cupboard .... 
We just can't have those little monsters in there unsupervised, right? Heaven only knows what sort of mayhem they could cause ...
