challenge
I found a 30 day fitness challenge online. Not sure how it's going to work for me, but my munchkins and I have agreed to try it together. We start tomorrow and I'll let you know how it works out for us.
Today I've already walked 3.7 miles! A half-mile of that was pushing my son around on his bicycle. He insisted he wanted to go riding, but then begged me to push him up the hills and hold him back going down the hills. I think I was breathing harder and sweating more from that then when I actually did cardio this morning!
I'm almost finished with my water for today & I'm about to jump on the exercise bike for some extra cardio as soon as I post this. Skipped Curves today, so I need to do something to feel like I"m making progress.
