It's Monday!
Hi! How's your Monday going so far? Well, I reprinted my goal sheet last night and set an alarm for this morning. Didn't need it though. DH woke up in a snitfit and decided to share it with me. After he left, I grabbed my mp3 and walked 2.7 miles. Figured I could combine a little morning cardio and part of my daily walking goal.
I've had leftover chicken stirfry and a serving of rice pudding so far today. Hey my dd made the rice pudding out of left over stir fry rice, so how could I say no? Was yummy, too! She made sure to portion it out, so at least I didn't stuff my face.
Off to finish making a grocery list and to pick up a few essentials. Figure it's best to do it while I still feel full.
