Monday
I had honorable intentions & big plans for today. My goals were to drink plenty of water, go to Curves, either ride my bike or do a cardio video with the kids, and of course, eat right!
well.... it didn't happen that way. Spent the day with a friend instead and had chicken fingers and fries for lunch. Came home in time to make spaghetti for dinner. Oh well, *bleep* happens.
On the up side, I did make it to Curves! That's something! I'll take a positive any time I can find it. How about you? What was your positive(s) for today?
