maybe this or that
Been thinking of the reasons why my weight is stalled. Maybe a little of this or a little of that or a whole lotta stuff.
I haven't been eating as carefully as I should. Eating little during the day, then getting the majority of my calories at night. I haven't been sleeping very well. Probably averaging 3 hours uninterrupted sleep at a time. I'm not keeping my activity levels up during the day. Been doing all my exercising in the evenings. I've heard that it's better to do short bursts at different times of the day to increase your metabolism. I'm also very stressed out. Think all these things combined are keeping me in this weight cycle. I'm glad that I haven't started gaining back a lot, but this 3-4 pound cycle is so annoying.
In better news, my oldest dd has her first job! It's fast-food based, which wasn't her 1st choice, but it's a job!!! She's on her way to independence. Yahoo! LOL
