Frustrated
I weigh myself daily. I know the pros & cons but I do it anyway. For the past month, I've started every week within a pound of the week before. By Friday, I'll be down 3.5 pounds. By Sunday, right back up where I started. I'm so frustrated with myself over this.
I need to get my butt in gear!

maybe you can try....
Since I can't seem to get myself away from the scale, i'll weigh myself everyday, but then have a set day that is my "official" weigh in day, and that is what I record and look back on as far as progress. It's helped me not be as frustrated about all the ups and downs in my weight

Enough Sleep
Are you getting enough sleep at night, so you aren't so tired and fatigued during the day?
I've heard (aka "they say") that improper amounts of sleep can keep us overweight. It's a vicious cycle, but maybe try to stay awake and avoid the nap and go to bed earlier to get a good night's sleep.
