Before After

So sleepy still, what gives?

I just don't get why I'm so sleepy this week. I'm exhausted & my eyes are burning. I don't know if I'm not getting enough quality sleep or maybe I'm napping too much & it's like a bad cycle? I dunno.

I went to Curves earlier while my dd was in her ged class. Was still feeling sore & achy, so I didn't push myself hard. I still worked out enough to feel it, but not so much I was panting for breath & aching more.

Getting ready to go walking for the evening. I'm aiming for 35 miles this week, so trying to average 5 miles a night. This isn't a huge jump because I was averaging 3.2 (minimum) miles a day anyway.

How was your Wednesday? On progress? slightly off? Better than expected? Feeling motivated? Share, please! could always use more motivation!

best wishes!

Motivation

I read a lot of success stories for motivation.  You can go to weightwatchers.com and click on success stories and you can read tons of them.  I love to read about others struggling with their weight and hearing that I am not the only one with this problem.  You will find stories you can relate to.  The more weight they had to lose the more motivated I get.  I also love watching the shows about morbidly obese people, like the 800lb ones, and it keeps me motivated not to ever let myself get that big.  Plus all of the blogs on here and the comments from everyone keep me motivated.

Howdy

Hope the walking is helping with the energy levels. I always seem to have better quality sleep on the days that I have walked.
