You again?
Hello? oh hi, it's YOU again? Aren't you the same 5 pounds that I lost last week? And two weeks before that? I mean, not to be rude or anything, but I kind of thought I'd seen the last of you & here you are sitting on my belly & butt again. I like feeling popular, but really, coming back to see me every 2 weeks is getting a little ..... well a little frustrating, frankly. Let's make a deal, shall we? You skip on out of town & I'll do my best to send a few more pounds your way. That way you won't feel lonely or have any desire to come back repeatedly, my ehm "dear" fat.
I need to change something up. As you can probably tell, I'm playing around with losing & gaining the same 5 pounds and it's getting a little frustrating. I've been a little depressed, so it's hard to feel motivated to do extra workouts. I'm also craving comfort food, so that's not good. Probably the only reason it's 5 pounds instead of 10, is because money's been a little tight lately. I haven't been buying as much snack food. That's something at least. Anyway, hope you are having a good start to your week.
I made it to the gym & already walked 3 miles today, so that's good. Now if I could just avoid the munchies until bedtime, I'd be all set. LOL
