progress
Hi, how are you? Doing okay here. I'm finally making some progress again & reshedding that 10 pounds I lost & regained. Well, working on reshedding it. I've had 3 good days of exercise and I'm feeling more motivated than I have in months. Not eating perfect, but watching the portion sizes & leaving the kitchen when I'm finished eating so that I'm not tempted to overeat.
How are you doing? Noticed as I browsed the blogs that a lot of people are having motivation problems. Are you? How are you planning on getting re-motivated? Share your ideas, please!
