Happy St. Patrick's day
Last week wasn't so good on the goals. At least I walked about 30 miles. I think that's the only thing keeping my weight steady right now. Actually, I'm positive of it. Ah well, it's a fresh week and I started out well.
I've drank nearly 90oz of water today & actually went to Curves twice. I was anxious this morning over some personal stuff, so I went to work off the stress. Then after dinner, I had to pick up my dd from her GED class & found myself pulling into Curves again.
