Trying to get back on track
Hi, it's been a rough couple of weeks or so. My head & heart have just not been on track and I hate to admit that I was eating way too much crap. Now that I've gained back about 10 pounds (mostly water weight?? please!??), I'm trying to get my game back.
My personal life sucks right now, but really I shouldn't use that as an excuse. It's been sucky for awhile and gaining the weight back will just depress me more. So get outta here lame excuses and let me lace up my walking shoes. I have my goal sheet ready, a couple of new workout dvds, my Curves, & lots of hills to walk up. Time to get moving again!
Sorry I haven't been around. I'm back to reading your blogs & lets see what spring will break us.

you are back!
I think sometimes we need a break --- and I'm glad to see you are back !!! You are going to continue to rock... just by coming here and posting about it-- that's a great first step. I came back and posted after the post holiday weight gain and being mia for about a month... and since then, I dropped the weight I gained back some.
Personal life stuff does get in the way - and I totally understand. but, I do think that when changing our bodies and getting our self esteem back -- things in our personal life end up changing for the better as well... just my thoughts.
I'm here for you... keep on keeping on!

Nice to see you back on here. Don't give up, we all have our ups and downs and it will get better. Keep it up!
