Weekly goals 01/21/2008 - 01/27/2008
I'm happy because I made all my goals for last week! I even did extra walking! Think I'm going to try to keep track of how many miles I walk each month. I've seen a blog where she is recording her milage like a trip. That's cool.
This week:
- Drink 90 oz. of water daily
- Take my vitamins daily
- Walk a minimum of 3 miles daily
- Go to the gym, 5 times this week.
- Do 1 extra set of arm exercises
- Do some type of ab workout, minimum of 4 days
- Lose 2 pounds this week!
Not really anything new or major, I just like keeping myself accountable. I went to Curves today & will go to Bally's tomorrow. I think changing it up & doing the different gyms & workouts on alternate days helped ease my stiffness last week. We'll see how it works this week.
