Week 9 Goals 10/08/2007-10/14/2007
Thanks for the support & well wishes. I have dusted off my goal sheet & am determined to get my butt back on program.
My goals for Week 9:
- Eat a healthy breakfast daily
- Drink 90oz. water daily
- Take my vitamins daily
- Do daily ab crunches
- Go to Curves, minimum of 3 times
- Do 2 extra sets of arm exercises at least once.
- Lose 1 or 2 pounds this week.
- Walk 25 miles this week!

I think you're definitely going to see a pay-off big time when you pull all of those goals off. Im really trying not to miss any vitamins this week either! Remind me of that.
Do you know why breakfast is so awesome?? It gives me something to fantasize about while Im going to sleep!

Vitamins?
I use to take the One-A-Day "Active" vitamin (lol way back when I use to swim 3 hours a day) and I tried taking them again, cuz i havnt taken a multivitamin in forever, and they have been making me really light headed and dizzy, so what kind do you use? or do you reccomend any good ones?

Those seem like great goals. And they seem like the type of things that won't be tooo difficult to do. Good for you for getting back on track.

YEAH, now that sounds like my girl talking. You got the spunk and the drive......you won't give up now. This is a tough road but we are women of substance and we can do it.

Yay!
I made it home yesterday yay!!! You could get some of these healthy snacks if you think that you'd like them:
Yellow raisins and walnut pieces (i mix them together) (its healthy fat in those walnuts, watch out)
Toasted ww english muffins with light cream cheese and low sugar jelly.
skim milk and a healthy, low cal cereal. Or make your own raising bran with raisins and Special K.
Frozen Blueberries. Or add them in with fiber-rich oatmeal with vanilla flavored light soy milk.
And thats what I was looking forward to after work yesterday, plus of course skinny cow ice cream sandwich!! YAY - Delicious!

goals
Literally, I have one goal this week. One. With all those goals I hope you know the saying:
"Aim for the stars and you might reach the moon!"
ya get what Im saying?? Your goals are the stars and if you miss some of them on some days, you will still do really well and reach the moon so to speak.
