It's a slippery slope, my friend
I lost my balance and am slowly sliding down the slippery slope of gluttony. I am craving so much junk food & wanting to eat even when I know I can't be hungry. After a few bites of this or that, I am able to stop myself; but it would be much better if I could resist those few bites! I'm up a pound or so, luckily that's all so far. I haven't been walking but I did make it to the gym 3 times each of the last 2 weeks. I don't know why I'm doing this to myself and I'm not sure how to stop but I want to. Acknowledging the problem is the first step, right? Great, now deal with it girlie!
I'll figure it out & get back on track. I know I will. Anyway, best wishes for everybody out there!

Stay Strong!!!!
You just went through a VERY stressful and hard situation. Stress will make you want to eat junk and comfort yourself. Very understanable. Plus the time you took off to cope with what was going on got you off track a little. You just have to start again. From scratch. Don't beat yourself up. Stop - look at yourself and say ok today is the first day again i can do this. Just like when you first started in August.
You don't have to jump back to where you were before you were derailed...get there again slowly if necessary. Anything step in the right direction..no matter how big or small...is still a step in the right direction.
Be strong.

You can do it!
You can do it! I know how bad those cravings can be. It sucks! My only advice is to just make yourself do it. Force yourself into your healthy habits and then you'll get motivated again. Can hyou get rid of the junk food that you're craving? (Without eating it???) Good luck!

You Can
You will get back on track. Things have been tough for you recently and it is natural to crave those OLD comfort foods.
Take it one step at a time. You will get back there.
Blessings to you for strength. Chargail

It is that time of year!
I think a lot of us (certainly me) have the "I want to eat myself into a coma and hibernate for the winter" feeling. You can do this for you. Just keep moving your body and you will be less willing to eat junk to negate the hard work you are doing.
Take care!
