shrinking, slowly shrinking!
I've lost 8 pounds this past month! Yeah, I was just a little pleased about that.
I can't find my sheet from last month to do a comparison, so when I go back tomorrow, I'm going to recopy it. I want to know how many inches I've lost in the past month. I know it's at least a 1/4 inch from everywhere, but want to see what specifically from where. The frustrating part, it really didn't show much of a body fat loss. From March 19th until today, I've lost 16 pounds & 21 total inches but no body fat? I'm working out more, so it can't all be muscle loss. I just don't understand it.
Anyway, I will gladly take the 8 pound loss! Just means I need to keep working hard & concentrate more on what I eat!
Best wishes everybody!

Congratulations!!
Congratulation on the 8 lb loss. That gives me motivation to keep going. You should see if they can check your body fat percentage at Curves. Best of luck to you! BTW, I'm going to St. Maarten in May

Body Fat
Keep up the amazing work! those inches really count as fat loss and muscle building great job!
There is so good way for us to conveniently measure body fat. The things in scales and the contraptions you hold on to get tricked VERY easily from our bodies. Sweaty hands or feet, too much water in your skin throw it off. My scale at home has the body fat monitor in it and when i read the manual it explained all that mean stuff. It said make sure you do the BFM in the morning BEFORE you shower or at least 2 hours after a shower. Make sure your heart rate is resting. Make sure you haven't eaten within 2 hours of processing BFM blah blah blah. So since it judges off of water in the skin basically (fat holds more water than muscle) it isn't all too accurate and can be thrown off so much more easily than even weighing and having to deal with water weight that way. So don't be upset or discouraged...keep track of the inches and the weight and watch the muscle tone form with your eyes!
Keep up that amazing work! You are doing so good!
