I'm back

Well guys today is not the best day for me to start blogging again but here goes.

I woke up late and missed b-fast for the first time in months.

S1-peach

L- Progresso Southwest Soup & 18 carrots

D- 5 Fiber One fried chicken strips, 10 fiber one fried onion rings (thanks hungry girl), 3 tbs ketchup, 1 cup broccoli & 2/3 c ww mexican style cheese.

I've still got 10 points left for the day...I'm probably going to enjoy a nice cup of milk and something else. Maybe tomorrow will be better and I'll actually finish my points.

Today I ate:

B- 1 1/4 c shredded wheat (spoon size) with strawberries and 1 c 1%milk

S1- Orange

L- Smart Ones Rigatoni with broccoli and chicken and 1 c corn

S2- 2 WW string cheese

D- 1 progresso WW soup, 1 Chicken and broccoli lean pocket and salad (3 c romaine, cucumber, tomato and balsamic vinegar)

I was hungry all day. Didn't have a good day. I'm going to bed, night ya'll.

Hamburger Helper

Today was alright. My fiance got a playstation 3 today and has done nothing but play it, agh boys!!

Today I ate:

B- 1 1/4 c shredded wheat (spoon size) with strawberries and 1 c 1%milk

S1- Orange

L- 3 oz Honey Ham, 2 c cut green beans, 8 oz FF yogurt

S2- Another Orange

D- 1 c Hamburger Helper (made with lean GB), 1 c sweet corn kernels and salad ( 2 c romaine, tomoato, cucumber, 2 tsp olive oil and 2 tbs Kraft Free Catalina) herry coke zero

S3- 1 c frozen grapes & 8 oz Minute Maid light lemonade

Todys Tuesday

Welp, today went by pretty darn fast. I'm exhausted!!!

Today I ate:

B- 1 1/4 c shredded wheat (spoon size) with strawberries and 1 c 1%milk

S1- 1 c grapes

L- Smart One's Pasta Primavera with 1 c broccoli mixed in

S2- 2 WW string cheeses

D- 3 oz Honey Ham 1 c corn and 1 c brown rice & a cherry coke zero

S3- 1 c frozen grapes!!

I'm going to get a nice bath in, do some cleaning and GO TO BED!! Nite!

Marvelous Monday

Today is my WI day and seeing as how Saturday was the first day for me to be back on plan (since the 29th), I had prepared myself to see a gain this week. Suprisingly I was down 0.2 !! I know its not much but atleast the scale is still moving in the right direction..

 

Today I ate

B- 1 1/4 c shredded wheat (spoon size) with Strawberried, 1 c 1% milk

S1- 1 c grapes

L- Smart Ones Lasagna, 2 c cut green beans

S2- 8 oz fat free yogurt

D- 1 c smart taste pasta, 4 oz shrimp, 2 tsp olive oil and 1 c broccoli 1 can of Chery Coke Zero!! (My fiance had his with alfredo, yum!)

S3- Sugar Free Jello and 2 tbs Cool Whip Lite (Haven't had in a long time but for zero points and a minor sweet tooth it worked out great for me)

120 oz of water!( Needless to say I spent a good portion of the day running back to the potty haha)

Menu Blogging Challenge

I've created this blog for menus of my daily eating for a menu blogging challenge with my fellow weight watchers. So for today


Breakfast- Special K Chocolate Delight, 1 cup 1% milk and 1 banana
Snack- 1 cup grapes and 1 banana sliced
Lunch- Tuna Ranch Salad (tuna, 2 c romaine,cucumber,olive oil,reduced fat parm cheese and kraft free ranch)
Dinner- Chicken and Dumplings and salad (3 cups romaine, cucumber, tomato, olive oil and Kraft Free Catalina)
