Sore & Ready to Rock
I'm sore from soccer yesterday. But I'm ready to rock today, I'm glad I stretched afterwards. So today I do the stationary bike.

Ok, I need to lose a certain amount of weight by the Easter Vigil so I can fit into my brother's cassock. It'll be a kick-off for me reaching a healthy goal weight afterwards, plus I'll write down my food and activity so I can see what it takes to lose a certain amount, then I can be less hardcore during the rest of the journey.
