Going in the wrong direction

So, after several months of spiraling out of control, I hit a low point yesterday... I ate the Collosal Colon Clogger! It's sounds disgusting... and it was.  For a peek, check out:

After eating it, I realized that I worked way to hard to lose 100 pounds, and now I'm pissing it all away.  So, this is where it has to stop.  Hopefully I can rebound and head back in the right direction.
