13lb weight loss in 1 week = What?!?

Now, I know that a 13lb weight loss in one week sounds like it could only be possible through starvation but that was not the case... I don't know how it happened, but it did. If you've browsed my previous posts and my weight tracker chart, you can see I lost over 100lbs in 2007 following weight watchers and then I lost motivation and gained most of it back.

So this week, I started on the same weight watchers program that worked so well for me in 2007 and it had a enormous impact on my weight.  I enjoy snacks and treats in addition to my three meals a day but I am much smarter about what I spend those precious calories on.  Let's just hope this week was the start of a new chapter in my weight loss story.

Wish me luck

best of luck!

Wishing you the best of luck - although judging on that AMAZING result, you don't need luck! Don't beat yourself up about regaining weight (we've all been there) focus on moving forward and shifting it! You KNOW you can do it.

.

You obviously had packed on a lot of water weight. Congratulations on getting it gone!

I understand your desire to look good for your wedding pictures, but I'm wondering what is going to happen the day after? What's going to keep you from going back to the same old bad habits that got you to the point where you had to lose it again, and again? I'm sure you know how rough it is on your health and wellbeing to continue to yoyo your weight. How about this time? Is it going to be another temporary effort, or will you be able to concentrate on changing your lifestyle so you won't have to do it again in a year or so? Much success to you—let's make it stick this time!
