Failing at an epic pace
So, after losing over 100 pounds not that long ago, I've all but destroyed all of my progress. I'm now 270 pounds which is over 70 pounds more than where I was when I was at my goal and 4 pant sizes ago. I promised myself I wouldn't let my weight get back to where it was and I am going to keep that promise even if I have to eat cabbage soup to get there.
I had huge success when I followed weight watchers so I've started following their program again to try to start heading back in the right direction. I'm also going to start doing a weekly weigh-in so I can track my progress whether it be good or bad.
