Hi, this is my first entry. I'm still soft of testing the waters, to see what this is all about.

Anyway, a little run down of me: I'm a married working mom or 2 boys, 27 years old, live in Texas.

On to the weight part...

I'll be 28 in March, but I feel much older. I had my first son at only 22, and actually never really lived by myself, went off to school (although I did go to a university, it was in the same city I grew up in) or any of that fun stuff. I settled down and married way too early. Now the demands of house and car payments, my career, keeping a clean house, cooking... you name it... well, they have me a little bogged down. I honostly feel like I have forgotten how to have fun. I know I am only 27, but I feel soo much older!

Anyway, I figured out that I should lose the weight I want while I am young enough to really enjoy myself. NOT that people older don't, but like I said... I feel like I missed out on a lot. I feel like feeling beautiful will put some of that "me" back in me. I want to dress young and feel young.

I'm 5'5"... or 5'4" sometimes, although I think it says 5'5" on my DL. I weigh 150 pounds. I started this weight loss jounrey last year, and through the year managed to go from 174 to 150. Slow.and.Steady. I think I still look bigger than 150 though. I've got another 15 to lose (...maybe 25)... although my short term goal is 10 lbs by March 3.

I also want to improve other parts of my life and looks. Most of it I won't get in to, but I want to change my hair... skin... clothes... nails... you get the idea. I'll set these as goals for weight loss.

Anyway, thats it for now.
