I did go back to the fitness room yesterday.  50 minutes yesterday and 50 minutes this afternoon.  I'm just the tiniest bit sore today, which I don't think is too bad, considering that I am out of shape.  I've always been out of shape.  I'd love to be even moderately in shape eventually.

I'm doing pretty well on food.  Somebody brought a bunch of free pizza into the lounge today and I didn't have any.  My sister is making two cakes for Bible Study tomorrow night though and there's always all kinds of food that isn't good for me there, so I will have to be strong tomorrow.  They just try to feed me so much food at church!

big VICTORIES

I always find that eating BEFORE an event with too much food really helps me stay in control. 

Going to the gym and skipping the pizza are big VICTORIES!  Great job!!
