First official weigh-in.

I had my first official weigh-in today and I am down to 306 from 325.  WOW!  I am almost in the 200's.  Unfortunately, when they took my pressure it was high so therefore they cannot refill my Phentermine.  I hope I can continue to lose the weight while I try to get my pressure down.

I am so close and I do not want to mess anything up.  I truly need some encouragement.  I AM SO CLOSE...

WOOHOO!

Congrats!  I know it can be hard to lose the weight with out the meds but this is really the part where you need to be strong.  Stick with your plan and watch the scale go down even without the meds.  Keep it up!
