Today...not bad

Got up this morning around 8:30 and took my Phen.  Started the day with breakfast, had eggs and ham. Started drinking my water, luckily I have a cup that is 32oz so I know I have to drink two of them to get my water in. 

After church we went to baby shower and I was very good.  All I had were three wingettes (2 flats & 1 drum).   I accidentally had 1 small cup of punch.  I drank the punch before I realized it.  Shame on me.  For dinner I made Turkey wings with a salad.  Finished my water(another 32oz) and started on my bottle of water with my Crystal Light (energy). 

Last night I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and burned 180 calories.  That wore me out totally.  Tonight I will shoot for 20 minutes.  Tomorrow I will start working on the elliptical at 6:00am and will try it for 30 minutes. 

Really looking for some type of results between the Phen, Atkins diet and working out I should see something...right?

I would think that yes, between all of those, you should see results.  Hang in there.  Some weeks you'll lose pounds, some you'll lose inches.  If you haven't already, take measurements so you can keep track of that too.
