Let's try it again...
So I stopped taking Phentermine Saturday. This was just not working for me I was hungry all the time. Now I was not exercising but i was drinking my water. I finally received an email from my doctor at Kaiser stating he has put the diet plan information in the mail to me. It's about time. Anyway, I received the "diet plan" information Tuesday. Needless to say it was just talking about the benefits of being on a low carb diet. UGH! I thought he was going to send me something tailored to me dieting. How many calories per day...how many carbs per, etc. So now I'm really getting depressed. My co-worker is on Phen as well and she has lost about 15lbs thus far. About a pound a day is what she is loosing. What is up with me? So today I decided to give it one more try. I started following Atkins. Maybe if I go into the Ketosis stage along with the Phen I could finally see some type of results. Lord, if I can get to the 200's I would be so happy. Even if I could get to 295 I would be so appreciative.
I moved the elliptical machine upstairs to my room so I can workout while I watch TV. Hopefully this will help. What I would love to do it get up in the morning and workout for 30minutes. That is my hope we will see if I can make it happen. So that is it for now. Signing off...
