Day three...
Well I decided to take the Phen later today around 9:30ish. I went in to work and weighed myself. I could not get an accurate reading because everytime I stepped on the scale it gave me a different reading. UGH! I wish I had a Doctor type scale handy. For breakfast I had an orange and water. For lunch I went to Wendy's and got a side salad and two orders of nuggets. So out of the 10 nuggets I ate 8. As the day went on I started getting hungry (3pm) and as soon as I felt hunger panes I would take two gulps of water.
Picked my son up from daycare (5:30) and now I am starving. I wanted to eat right then and there so I prepared hot dogs and a can of baked beans. Can you believe I ate two hot dogs and the beans! I am so mad at myself and my doctor. I emailed him two days ago to see what type of plan should I be following and he has not emailed me back. I want to know whether or not I should stay away from carbs or just focus on calories. How many calories per day, etc. What about energy? Am I suppose to have energy while on Phentermine? If so, where is my energy? I would love to have the momenteum to get up and go to an aerobic dance class or something! UGH!!! Am I starting to fail already? It has only been 3 days I know but it's not feeling promising. Well tomorrow is another day let's see what happens.
