Ok, so I have been doing a diet richual. Usually I eat no breakfast and no lunch, and then a plain dinner. I don't think that is the right thing to do, so I am going to do like a yogurt for breakfast, a little "snack" for lunch, and then a smaller portioned dinner, along with Phentermine in the morning.
I also have a excersise ritual. I try and walk during lunch at work, around city square, and then a walk after dinner, and a streatching excersises right before night time.
Weight: Haven't checked since DR visit.

Yesturday I stayed under my 1,200 cal. diet. I am so proud of myself. I feel healthier when I stay under that, and I am more confident that I can loose weight with the food diary, weight log, blog, and exercise log, and the help of ExtraPounds.
Weight: Haven't been to a scale lately.

Today I started a new medicine, after stopping Metemorphin, a diabetes pill used to loose weight. The new medicine is Phentermine 18.75mg. I was expecting the worse side effects, as my sister told me she vommitted alot, head aches, etc. I also found out it is not suppose to be taken with another med I am taking, ZOLOFT. But I took it this morning, as my doctor told me too, and I am fine. No side effects yet!
Weight: Last it was taken it was 304.

I had my last unhealthy McDonalds meal today. From now on, its eating healthier!
