enjoying back on track

started going back to meetings the other week, and what a help its been! lost 1.5lb in the first week of going back!!
have jacked in my job at pizza hut, and work solely at the gym now. am loving life at the moment. really couldnt be happier.
am off to run 10km for cancer research with my mam and dad today. then going to toby carvery for dinner :)

this week

managed to lose 2lb, which is great. am now 11st 10lb which is 2lb above the lightest i have ever been. so if i keep at this hopefully i'll get down into the 10s in no time.
started my new job yesterday at the gym, its only part time at the moment while im on trial. but its given me the motivation to keep going with the ww thing. i get to use the gym and classes for free so will be able to get back into spinning. woo!

had a chat

with a lady on the ww boards. helped me a lot to be honset. felt like ww was taking over my life and consuming every thought i had. which was having a negative effect really. in that, like when a parent tells you that you cant do something, you really want to do it.
i was telling myself i couldnt eat certain things, but that then made me want it more. and in rebellion, thinking that "why should i deprive myself?" i would eat more than was necessary!
so i've gone back in my mind, thinking about why i started WW in the first place. and what my attitudes were like when i first started. and now feel very positive. i am planning my meals and  making time for preparing food the day before.

I started to hate the WW programme, thinking that it was stopping me from eating what i wanted and being happy. but it was really just me! so now thats changed, hopefully i can get on with it!

post holiday weigh in

weighed myself this morning and fabulous stuff, i've lost 4lb! enjoying some cake today and things lol. but have been running and walked miles today. so its all going well :)

cant stop and chat all day....i've got some studying to do!

so far, things are going well with being back on track. still feeling incredibly tired, but am trying to get back into a proper sleep pattern and gain my energy again! annoyed i havent had the energy to do any "proper" exercise just been walking. but at least im not pigging out!

am looking forward to my 10km run on sunday, just hope the weather is good!

back from holiday and stuff

havent posted here for what seems like an age....well it has been an age.

in the time i've been away i have been sticking to WW, stayed around the same weight. then fell off the wagon the week before i went on holiday. then headed to Vegas last week.

and in that time i've only put on 5lb! so now im back up to 12st on the dot.

have set myself the goal to lose at least a stone before christmas (hopefully more, but didnt want to set a goal that was too big)

am feeling jet lagged, tired and sick since i've been back. so have just been sleeping and going to work. but im sticking to points, and attempting to get a bit of walking in.

i've got a 10km chairty run on sunday, so need to be rested up and prepared for that!

seems like an age...

since i was on here last. had a massive blip in my weight watching journey. just went totally off the rails. its not a real excuse...but i've started my new job (getting on with the management training now) and i've been moving house. and generally have just found it difficult to keep track.

in my new house there is a girl! i actually live with a girl now...its fab. shes just joined weight watchers too. so last week we started running together, going for walks and we weigh on the same day.

so overall this week hasnt been too bad. had a birthday at the weekend were we went out in a limo,went to a chinese restaurant and out dancing...and drinking afterwards. i had a great time and have tried to keep damage under control with extra exercise.

so after i jumped on the scales last week and realised just how quickly a lot of weight can be put back on...a loss in the morning would be brill.

(have been a bit lazy and just copy and pasted this from my post on the ww boards lol. sorry!)

had a dodgy couple of weeks culminating in a well deserved 2lb gain this week. a gain that i am ok with, a gain that as i said yesterday was totally expected!

anyway, today is my first day on Wendi plan. i get 21 pts today, which when planning my meals i found really difficult to get up to! have planned for my super high day on thursday already. now that was difficult! i get 30....yes 30! points. i am making chilli, and to try and use the dizzying heights of 30 points im having to use REAL meat!!!

so yea, fingers crossed this week i'll have a loss. feeling great! having spinning this morning, and then goin to hang out in the spa area before work.

thinspiration

been very busy with work related things and stuff.
but anyway, have been sticking to the ww plan, had a 1lb gain last week. but that gave me the thinspiration (word i nicked from my friend lol) to get back on track and go on to lose 4 whole pounds this week!

means im now 11st 5lb...a total loss of 3 and a half stone! feeling awesome!
mum and sister got to goal yesterday so really pleased for them, they both had to lose about a stone to get there, so wooo for them! ive got 20lb to go to get to the same weight as them. but i can totally do it!

had a day off points yesterday (it was weigh day) so really enjoyed myself. im feeling sooo positive. going the gym this evening as well.

oh, and bought a steel boned corset in a size 12 and i feel a million dollars...and look dead skinny in it haha!

slowly but surely

this weight is shifting! i had a great day points wise yesterday. i got a bit hungry on my break so just put some peppers, onions, mushrooms and jalepenos through the oven and had with half a points worth of chilli sauce. was yummy and filled me up for only half a point!

got the day off today so am heading to the gym for some CV stuff and a bit of jacuzzi and steam room chill out time. and then back in the gym for body pump this evening...so more of a weights session.

cant believe im only 8.5lbs away from getting into the 10stone bracket. my official ww goal is 10st 4lb...so nearly there!

BMI stats

start: 14st 12lb, BMI 34.5 (obese)
3 months(ish):  12st 7.5lb, BMI 29.2 (overweight)
today: 11st 8.5lb, BMI 27.04 (still overweight....but only just!)

when i get to 10st 10lb i shall be classed as healthy...not long now!
