It started when I tried to loose 5 pounds and suddenly I started gaining weight. The more I tried to loose the more I gained. It escalated from there. Like a rollercoaster and I couldn&rsquo;t get off!! When I talked to my friends about it they just laughed and pointed out how other people would like to look like I do&hellip; I&rsquo;m tall so I wear it well. I went to the Dr. he checked my thyroid and it was fine. He reviewed my healthy eating habits, with unbelief. (no help there) I continued exercising eating healthy &ndash; being discouraged and gaining weight&hellip; my husband called me on his way to work one morning and told me told me to turn the radio on &ndash; they were reviewing a book written by a woman who sounded just like ME!! Her problem was her Thyroid. &nbsp;Even though my thyroid test always came back normal &ndash; the part of my thyroid that determines my weigh is messed up! So&hellip; she suggests you find a Dr. that will listen to you and help you out. I DID!!&nbsp;I found a wonderful Dr. he gave me a list of vitamins that I can buy anywhere &ndash; he doesn&rsquo;t sale them!! &ndash; so with taking vitamins I am managing to get some weight off! I know it will take a while and I&rsquo;m still walking&hellip;I don&rsquo;t have the time to exercise like I used to!!
