THANKS!!
soo... have you tried the no flour no sugar diet?? simple just no flour in anything... - any kind of flour - the word flour means dont eat - and no sugar - (this is tougher) anyway – success!! It’s not a freak diet you can have fruit and natural stuff
Ezekiel bread – not fantastic but okay for bread.(… keep in the refrigerator or it will mold) I can just about promise you – you will reach your goal and – hey, who’s going to see a struggle? If you are following a weight watchers or some other diet – just add this in and watch the weight fall away!!! I have pounds to loose … I just don’t have a goal date and cant keep the sugar out of my coffee… I have lost 20 pounds (with the sugar in my coffee) since January – applause… thank you very much!!
It’s such a grand thing to see support THANKS to my new support group!

Hello!
Hi, I’m 41 I’ve been struggling with my weight for a 11 years. It started when I tried to loose 5 pounds and suddenly I started gaining weight. The more I tried to loose the more I gained. It escalated from there. Like a rollercoaster and I couldn’t get off!! When I talked to my friends about it they just laughed and pointed out how other people would like to look like I do… I’m tall so I wear it well. I went to the Dr. he checked my thyroid and it was fine. He reviewed my healthy eating habits, with unbelief. (no help there) I continued exercising eating healthy – being discouraged and gaining weight… my husband called me on his way to work one morning and told me told me to turn the radio on – they were reviewing a book written by a woman who sounded just like ME!! Her problem was her Thyroid. Even though my thyroid test always came back normal – the part of my thyroid that determines my weigh is messed up! So… she suggests you find a Dr. that will listen to you and help you out. I DID!! I found a wonderful Dr. he gave me a list of vitamins that I can buy anywhere – he doesn’t sale them!! – so with taking vitamins I am managing to get some weight off! I know it will take a while and I’m still walking…I don’t have the time to exercise like I used to!! So 15 - 27 miles a week with little weight loss 4 or 5 pounds a month.... not bad but oh so far to go!
