Ok, this just isn't working
blah. So, the daily goals/journalling thing isn't working. I just don't have time for it. I need to come up with something else. This last week I have lost all motivation! I don't like it!
I am not sure what I need to get me back on track, but I hope I find it soon. I really don't want to go down this route, as I had a really good month in April. I want that drive back!
I am going in tomorrow to talk with my JC consultant. Hopefully we can figure out what is going on. This week hasn't been too bad, but it certainly hasn't bee great either. I worked out on sunday for an hour - and I walked around the zoo for like 3 hours, so that is good. On Monday I went swimming with my daughter, but when I got home I caved for the T-Bone steak that I was craving. So, I had a steak, and a baked potato, and ceaser salad. It was delicious.
I have been eating my meals, but snacking periodically on a large amount of junkfood as well. I use to NOT eat my jenny craig, and then substitute it for some less than healthy other foods (pizza, chinese, etc)... but now I eat my jenny craig foods AND the junk food on top of it. That is very very bad.
Ugh, I am feeling discouraged.

Don't get discouraged!
You will find your motivation again. Check out Raspberry Cordial's blog. She's got some great ideas. I love that every day she posts a reason she wants to lose weight.
So don't get discouraged! Look at your pics. You've already made a huge difference and you look fantastic!

Lifestyle
You need to make a lifestyle change - something that you can keep up without TOO much effort.
If Weight Watchers isnt working - try something else
If gym isnt working - try playing a team sport
if online blogging isnt working - try writing in a journal in your purse
You've done SO well so far, try and keep up that momentum

Hi!
I'm doing Jenny Craig as well. I had a rough patch a few months ago and was doing the exact same thing. I kow it's frustrating. The thing I regret the most is that I didn't just forgive myself and move on to the next day on the program. Try not to get discouraged. You're doing really well. Look at that 32 lbs. lost! Hope your JCC can help you figure it out.

Hi,
Just wanted to let you know I'm doing JC too.. Go to the Marlborough location though. Check out my site. Maybe make little goals for yourself. Or what worked for me is I bought a pair of jeans a size or 2 smaller and then hung them in my bathroom where I would have to see them everyday, as a reminder of what I was working toward.
