3rd Day in a Row!
I went to the gym the morning to get in another cardio workout:
15 minutes on the treadmill, slow warm-up & wake up!
20 minutes on the elliptical, high-intensity cardio
30 minutes on the treadmill, moderate-intensity
According to my heart rate monitor, I expended around 538 calories this morning. Before breakfast! Not bad at all!
