Today was so-so
I went to the gym again today. Here's what I did:
15 minutes - warm up walk on the treadmill
15 minutes - high intensity cardio on the elliptical
30 minutes - low intensity walk on treadmill
I couldn't do more than the 15 minutes on the elliptical today; I was just spent for some reason. Bummer. THEN, after I got home, I kind of munched on things all day long. There was no particular reason... I was just snacking on and off all day - completely mindless! Come on, Shannon! Gggrrr.
What's done is done and I've confessed. My plan for tomorrow is to go to the gym early (around 6 AM) and then chew gum when I have the urge to snack. I can be more focused and aware of what I'm putting in my mouth and why. I can...and I will do it!
