Another step forward & down
This week I wasn't perfect, but that's ok! I still made progress and lost 1.6 lbs. I did great with water intake at the beginning of the week, but tanked Wednesday-Friday.
I went to the gym this morning and was able to stay on the elliptical for 20 minutes, plus a 2-minute cool-down. Yay, me! It wasn't near as bad today as it was the first couple of times. I think I'm getting the hang of it!
Since my hubby will be out of town again this week, I've got to get in my gym work before he leaves. So, I'll be going on Sunday and Monday, too. A friend is going to meet me at the gym, so there will be no excuses. I'm hoping to check out some of the weight equipment..... hopefully, there won't be many other people there on a Sunday morning.
