my weight loss journey day 6

well it's getting a little better i think i had a good day yesterday this morning i lost two pounds so I'm glad I'm losing anyway that is a change for once what is hard i think is because of my weight i will have to loss a lot before i can tell that i have lost anything that is sad that i have gotten to that point in my health were it's do or go blind but the good news is that my Dr said that if i lost down to 260 he would take me off my meds i take diamox for my eyes i have to much fluid on my spine which is putting presser on my eyes and head it's call pseudo tumor cerebri which is caused by my weight so i have to loss or go blind he said it was up to me yeah liked that helped it's like telling a smoker to stop smoking right then and their you can't it takes time which I'm out of so day by day till i reach my goal and pray for me guys that i will beat this .

Great loss
It is well worth taking body measurements once a month, as you'll see those numbers shrink before you'll notice the changes visually.
I found it very helpful, particularly during weeks where I didn't lose anything.
(When it's "That" time of the month, (referred to as TOM on this site by most people), my weight tends to increase for 7 days, which can be frustrating, but measuring in during that time helps to keep my focus).

Hey,
Just want to say hi,

I have lost 15 pounds and my mom said she cant really see it :( well hopefully few more and it would be noticeable.
I have to say tough that I feel better and when I exercise it is becoming easier.

I read a lot about weight loss, there so many articles I listen to weight loss podcast.
I hope this is the last time I am starting and that I will keep up.

oh and don't think that you have to loose 150 pounds, just think 10 more and then set a new goal. I have 90 pounds to go and it is very overwhelming for me, but I set my first goal to be 200 and  loosing 25 more I started at 240 just seems like a much smaller number
