my weight loss journey
today is the first day of my weight loss for breakfast i had a protein bar and a water for lunch i had a small salad just lettus and cheese for super i had tuna and crackers and water with all i walked for 20 min on the tread mill .my goal is to loss about 160lbs i weigh 288.5 and i want to weigh 130 i'm 5'1 i have a little help i started taken phen this morning so i hope this works will let you know in the morning if i lost any thing
